Nom Nom Nom! Recently I shared with you guys I lost 10 pounds! Now that I'm maintaining my weight I have been playing with high protein breakfasts other than my normal protein shakes. This is what I had for breakfast this morning! I call it my "Berry crunchy smoothie bowl", thought I'd share the recipe with you!

1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

1/2 cup Vanilla Almond Milk

1 cup Frozen Strawberries

1/2 cup of Raspberries & Blackberries

1 tablespoon of Chia Seeds

& blend together in a blender, pour into your favorite bowl, then add your toppings

5 Strawberries cut in fours

1 cup of diced Mangos

1 Hand full of your favorite granola 

& ENJOY <3
